Piezometer - Connection of Vibrating Wire Piezometer with ESCL-10VT-BX

In this video, we will describe about the Encardio-rite model vibrating wire piezometer EPP-30V and its connection with the Encardio-rite model ESCL-10VT-BX. The piezometer shown here is used to measure pore water pressure in the soil, earth/rockfills, foundations, and concrete structures. The vibrating wire and coil magnet assembly is enclosed in corrosion resistant stainless steel body which is an electron beam welded to the diaphragm. Each sensor has a built-in thermistor for temperature measurement and surge arrestor for lightning protection. A glass to metal seal solder pin connector is provided for easy cable connection.
