This old Pifco Supersonic Bicycle horn was sent to me but to be honest, it was really beyond repair. It had rusted away and was very thin and there were internal brackets missing so I gave it a go. It's not historically accurate but I did enjoy the challenge in bringing this rusty old piece of junk back to a working item. Hope you enjoy.

Of all the restoration videos I watch, the absolute best and coolest are the ones that take garbage, junk nobody wants, and turns them into pieces that anyone would be proud to own. This one is amazing!! Love your work. Keep them coming!!

Great video Martin. Wow what a difference, i remember having a brand new one when i was a kid. All the kids in the street would want to press the button and the battery would be spent in no time lol. Battery technology was crap in them days, always leaking that's probably what happened to the body of the one you restored. Cheers, Jeff.

Christmas Day 19_never_mind. First proper two-wheel cycle (Raleigh fitted with Sturmey-Archer 3 speed gears). Dad trotting behind 6 year old boy, steady hand on the back of the seat until he mastered balancing, Pifco horn (headquarters in nearby Manchester), a luxury extra, along with the dynamo rubbing on the wheel to power a front lamp. RIP Dad.

Tough one this time Martin. There really was only two ways to fix this one, Cut new metal and weld it in, or body filler like you did. But since this doesn't receive any harsh usage, either works fine. Interesting seeing how you did this one. Thumbs Up!

Eyup Martin lad, another remarkable result and like a few other (I suspect) old geezers, I too was proud to have one of these on my bike in the 1950's. One of these days, some daft bugger is going to send you a sack of rust flakes and try to get you to restore it back into a vintage mower! Best regards from that old fart in Ireland.
