You need to research about how to produce "BioGas" with animal waste. Produce gas and electricity with a low technology biodigestor that uses animal and vegetable waste.

The dung gets decomposed and becomes like soil so you can add it to the soil when planting your crops.

To reduce the urea, dry the dung in the sun for a few days and the excess nitrogen ( urea) will evaporate
