I don’t think distorted piggy is an insolence skin. Her eye is more red like the normal piggy skin but more akin the the eye of an non infected. There is even a note in the lab that says the subjects aggressiveness was reduced during experiments. Which probably means that piggy was close to being cured but then the infected attacked the lab and the scientists had to flee.
