This is very late but rash and tigry were friends before the infection started willow dont like tigry so tigry left then the infection started rash got infected and and for some reason willow come back and take care of tigry

Ok, after Tigry left the army because he killed Danny he lived in the streets. Rash probally found him one day and presented him to the group. Willow however wasn’t in her normal condition, as she was still sad about William’s disappearance, so she just ditched Tigry, but still Rash helped Tigry. After he and Willow went to jail, Tigry just had to take care of himself. Do note that this is my theory and it’s not confirmed, but it’s very likely that this happened

Theory: William may have eventually found Daisy before the ambush of outpost echo. Daisy may have left William in the lab thinking he'd be safe and that shadow penny wouldn't be loose, but she was. It's possible we see William in chapter 12, infected, as an NPC, or in one of the 5 cutscenes
