Theory: Since this takes place after the true ending of chapter 8, when the overseer teleported cataclysmic through a portal, maybe he had teleported him nearer to MAs location, but before he had done that, cataclysmic has started an infection nears to the northwest of lucella, at first, it was only a few infected, but overtime, it grew and grew and grew, and it turned into a whole apocalypse. That’s when cataclysmic decided to take revenge on MA, and turn him into his servant, and then 3 years after his disappearance, the government decides to make a nuclear fallout, which then leads to this chapter, hope you enjoyed this theory!❤
