The skins don't appear for me, I did all quests but they didn't showed up in the menu.

That issue happened to me too, try to leave and rejoin the game, make sure you are tapping exclusive also.

I found out how to get party pal, when you got the cake key, go to extras, and click on the vault, select the cake key and open up the 1st door on the vault, boom, and now you have party pal
