Just wanted to let you know, I have found out the secret of the test mode. It's not actually test mode but a glitch that can be used to have all brave faces and not have to collect cookies. I have a video explaining how it works, and it does work on the GameCube.

Just curious, does anyone run the GBA version of this game?

Not as far as I know, unfortunately. I can't comment on it, though, given I've only played GCN.
