The SPILLWAY BEAST Almost Ripped My Rod In!!! (Surprise MONSTER)

I've fished a lot of moving water.. From little trickles, to massive dams, to raging waterfalls. This one though, this one is pretty unique. Absolutely positively raging, and you can stand right next to it. Kind of spooky, kind of hard to fish, but definitely a big fish producer.. Sometimes. When you do get a bite you need to make it count, because they don't happen often. Thennnnn we went back to the raging canal that was dried up not long ago.

Love your channel brother just fyi when fishing fast dam water instead of sinkers use a 3 way swivel with 6-8 lbs line and a rock from the bank keeps bait off bottom and when fish hits breaks( rock line ) fish on FREE line no weight. Keep lines tight brother

Tge best way to fish rocky snags, is a 3-way. 🤷‍♂️ Put a float on the hook leader, which should be slightly lighter than the main line, but heavier than the weight leader, and the weight leader should be substantially lighter than the main line. Side note: Take LOTS of sinkers, boys and girls. 😂

Divine swimbaits work best as trailers IMO. They're great on swimjigs and chatterbaits. The Whale is amazing for Jigheads, belly weighting and A-Rigs. Just different tools to have in the tacklebox.

If u wanna fix your clicker on the kapstan. Pull the side cover there's a c clip that holds the clicker mechanism on a shaft. Pull the clip then make a tiny washer out of a beer can an add it to existing washer then put the clip back on. Work for me. After use, too much play occurs there.
