I think when it comes to RG, most forget the tankiest unit is also your dmg dealer. Ofc they know that but they still play the RG like a frontline tank. Ofc all that hp is used best when soaking up dmg, but for RG only, you should not let it tank in 3x elixir. You know that the single-target damage heavy defense is gonna melt any tank, so why use your win con as frontline only because it's your most tanky unit. Only theory, idk if that works but it's at least not bridge spam xD

I will die on this hill, royal hogs have been broken ever since goblin drill first came out. For those of you that remember when goblin drill came out and it was disgustingly broken so everyone was forced to use valkyrie, dark prince or wizard. Since there were so many splash cards in the meta, royal hogs decks tanked for a while. Balance changes came and they nerfed the goblin drill, and then BUFFED ROYAL HOGS. One of the mosr retar buffs of all time, if goblin drill was thr problem and they solved it by nerfing it, then people won't use it as much which means that there won't be a need for so many splash cards in the meta which subsequently means royal hogs would have been right where they were before goblin drill came out. BUT NO SUPERCELL DECIDED TO BUFF ROYAL HOGS TO 2.4 MILLION HP PER PIG, SO THAT A SINGLE ONE COULD SURVIVE A P.E.K.K.A HIT, funnily enough hogs eq has been a top deck ever since that buff.
