PIKE FISHING| New river and the BIG FISH keep coming!

Hello and thank you for watching my video today. I've joined a new club and have just started venturing out and exploring some of there stretches.
This session was difficult after recent floods and frosts but it all came good in the end.
I didn't get chance to explain the baits and tactics so feel free to go back and watch some of my previous videos to see that or I'm sure I'll talk about it in my next video.

That was a superb pike Dan 👏 lovely looking fish. Thought you would have cleaned up with that bottle of bleach 😁 The last 2 weekends (lake) I've had nothing, not a sniff, river levels have only started dropping so all the banks are just mud. The lakes semi frozen. I'm sure the weather is playing a big part, cold then mild & cold again! But it is what it is & it's nice to be out 🎣 Hope your man-flu is better 🤒

Nah mate someone had rinsed it already! 😂 been up and down here too, luckily my days off have lined up with the times the rivers are lower, unlike last year when all my days off coincided with high water. Much better now mate thanks

@@dangoesoutdoors897 just type crampons into Amazon, there's loads but all substantially the same thing. I think I paid about £17 for mine. Good value for the added confidence and safety that they give you. Tight lines mate 👍

Yeah I've joined the club. As I said at the end of the video I just took a punt really. It's not too expensive of a ticket so I figured I'd join and give it a go. Didn't know much about it but just wanted access to more water. Thanks for watching mate
