This video has a very philosophical tone to it. The way he repeats "vacation" continuously implies he is either eternally resting or completely lost control of his life and is unable to take it seriously any longer. In the end, he comes to the conclusion he is dreaming, but maybe that's what happens everytime and he doesn't even remember. A cyclical torture? Or he doesn't even exist? I don't know, I'm taking a vacation
