We wish him good luck. But surely the position is unnecessary. I would understand if he was former police General. Secondly,to advise on what? There are state lawyers available for whatever legal opinion. Thirdly,police department have legal officers and there are many of them. Fourly,police and lawyers are two different professions. It goes without saying Even the Minister himself was not supposed to have been appointed on that Position. A teacher by Profession!!!!!!!. They are bringing a lawyer now. ANC government will never stop embarrassing us. Defense,a teacher. A General is Deputy Minister. He must baby sit Gogo. Luckily I didn't vote. Mess mess. They are busy creating jobs for themselves. No, but a prosecutor has a lot to contribute to improve the SAPS. Prosecutorial driven investigations have better chances of guilty verdicts. So the honourable Pikoli can assist a great deal in reducing the crime rate.
