Hi everyone! Welcome back to my channel today we’ll learn to play happy birthday melody on guitar it’s an easy lesson for beginner!
I accidentally ended up explaining this lesson along with tabs this is the last time i’m providing tabs for any melody or song from next time i’ll explain without tabs i hope it won’t be an issue with this simple melody and the tabs are also roughly written on notebook but i’ll delete this lesson if i’ll get any issue from youtube. I am new to guitar but your art of teaching is fantastic... I have started following all your video and started learning.. one thing I am too much confused is that the string you shared in this video for happy birthday song is good and i am practicing it. Wherever I searched before coming to your video it was all like G major and then C bla bla ..i don't understand is there any relation between the two ways of reading and writing how to play happy birthday and if both are same then how do I translate G major type of chord into the simple one what you shared.

Finger has to touch the string perpendicularly, else it won't produce any sound.
