If the cutoff goes much higher than the usual previous years' cutoffs then it's 110% paper was leaked, if the cutoff is within the normal range of the previous exams then the paper was not leaked. It's as simple as that

Sir court strong evidence submit not according your statements not accepting court. NTA already decided the RE-EXAM ,you didn't what is the CBI details report not anyone and you also once cancel the exam not published the results.
