Wow! That was amazing. Thank you Hannah for making these videos.😊 I feel so good after doing your pilates workouts. I actually had to stop for a few days as I fell ill. And I got back on track today. This particular workout was relaxing and perfect for me. Loved it!❤ Day 6✅

I had been waiting all day for Day 6. And I was so glad to see its a relaxing session. Cause I needed a break. This was a wonderful routine. Love the chirpy birds in the background. 💛

Hi Marlly, glad you liked the stretching and thanks for the update! Am glad the workouts are continuing to help. The birds here in Texas are so amazing, we don't have cardinals in Vietnam and I really love them!

@@MovingMangoPilates Cardinals sound so sweet! I don't think we have those in the UK, but during our Lockdown there seem to be so many birds in evidence. Nature talking to us! x lovely to receive your reply, thank you.

They’re a big red bird, that look kind of like a Catholic Cardinal lol! Imagine how funny that is to be explained as a Vietnamese, they do look alike at some point though!!

Hi Hannah!!! Thank you for your propositions! I feel so good to complete my routine today with it! Amazing stretching which works so effectively that I'm still sweating!!! Yesss!!! Hannah, of all your routines I think these ones are the best. I loved the self-isolation routines you did, but these ones are my favorite! Please don't stop doing what you're doing. I have gone down two sizes since I started eating right and following your routines a few months ago. I feel so much more confident, fitter and more flexible. Thank you so much!!

haven’t worked out for a week and was about to get right back into it with day 7 (and skip this), but I’m so glad I didn’t. feels like I’ve woken my body back up, eased away any aches and got my awareness and any control back!

I'm always soo happy when you upload stretching videos! I really love to challenge myself however stretching has always been my favourite. At school and even on different workouts stretching was truly underrated, only 5 mins... So these long stretching videos make me feel extremely fresh and good. 😊 Thank you so much for your hard work and keep it up! 😊

Just finished this one and it felt fantastic! But let me tell you the "stirring the soup" part was slightly deadly for me 🙈 of course this doesn't stop me and thank you for this amazing challenge Hannah 💖 I will keep doing it, so see you next time 😊
