Whew!!!!! Staying flexible and strong at 62, with a little help from my friends!!! Thanks to you for this epic all-purpose flow, it reminds me of my dance classes in my 20's. Love it!

Great workout!! I echo what others have said: I really appreciate her modesty. She's very natural. This workout was not quite what I was expecting. Lots of new exercises . Probably a little advanced for me. I needed some alternative moves on a Few of these.

this really burned my glutes and abs. i loved how easily these moves engaged my muscles. often its hard for me to feel those muscles switched on. more of Chloe and vids like these!!

@@golfcoachpaul wow! That was such a great message to receive! I used to play golf when I was a kid with my grandparents and this message took me back there. I'd be a bit rusty these day unfortunately!! So pleased to hear how much the videos are helping you - for a strong golf swing, you need strong hips for power so yes, lots of glutes! Thank you for not putting music in the background the whole time. So many videos have music that is either not enjoyable, or too loud to hear the instructor, or both, and worst of all is when they know the music will be loud so the instructor shouts the whole time.
