I worked out for four years to get to the weight I wanted and loved fitness. after I finished college I just was so tired from stress I gave up for months. Started to gain a few more pounds back over the holidays nothing crazy or probably even noticeable to others. But I don’t feel strong anymore. So I started your channel two days ago and I feel alllll of my strength returning. Pilates really stretches out all of those stiff muscles and just makes me feel so good after. I can’t wait to see results in weeks to come. definitely my favorite KZbin channel out there

As a person who stopped working out so much after my hysterectomy, this workout is helping me so much. I decided to try something different than running and going to the gym after my recent thyroidectomy. My mom suggested Pilates. This is my 3rd night doing this routine and it feels so good. Thank you for coaching us and staying so positive. You are really helping me with my form and breathing and I appreciate it so much 😊

I just wanted to thank you for all of these videos - they've truly helped me mind, body, spirit. I struggled a lot with general anxiety but also about my health. I'd try to find an exercise program I could stick with but end up quitting after a few days because it felt more like I was punishing my body rather than nurturing it. Finding pilates/your videos has helped me find a way to move my body that is not only enjoyable but pushes me to its limits. I've been doing them for at least 3+ months now and feel much more strong mentally and physically. THANK YOU!

I really liked this one! I'm pretty new pilates (like a few months) and I only have access to YT workouts. It's hard to know what is good and what is not as good when you don't know what to look for, but I could tell when doing your video that you know what you're doing. The sideline series and the abs in the beginning were my favorite, and I appreciate your fun energy! I already shared your page with some friends.

I did this in the morning because I know your gentle beginner stuff is still killer 😂. But really I had a migraine this morning so thought a gentler routine would work. Still destroyed my inner thighs (why is MY left one also weaker???). The stretching made this one feel very nurturing which is what I needed. ❤
