This is a great and quick classical pilates workout. I wish some of the leg circles were longer, but understand you wanted to keep it under 15 minutes. Going into my regular routine - thank you.

This was the most exhausting 15 minutes of youtube viewing I have ever experienced. I really enjoy this instructor and am convinced that she can beat me up in a street fight. Doing this routine is now my fitness goal.

I lost about30 pounds by doingnpilaties. Inam 11 and I used to weigh 110 pounds but then I didnpilaties and now I'm about 80 pounds. It sounds crazy but I'm a polities expert and pit of all the pilatkes videos I've watched this one was the best. If you guys are trying to loose weight pilaties is the best and this video was one of the best ways to loose weight. If you haven't already try Hts its very helpful

great flow! thanks a lot for the great example. just one question, when doing push ups, shouldn't chest and belly touch the ground? Or maybe it is different in pilates? Thanks!

Hi Zeren!This is a great question!You certainly can do push-ups all the way to the ground- although it can put some stress on the shoulder joint if done incorrectly. It's always safe to do push-ups so the bicep part of the arm is parallel to the floor then come back up. Remember that you want to keep your elbows close to the body and the movement of going down moves the body forward slightly. I hope this helps!! Thanks so much for watching!

Not a whole lot. Pilates does burn calories, but it's mostly low impact so it's not much to get your heart rate up. If you are looking to burn calories, you should do mainly cardio and aerobic exercises.

You know pilates is not about how fast you do it. Stretching is important, and advanced definitely doesn't mean as fast as you can. Otherwise the exercises are good.

just go into video settings and play it at 0.75 or 0.5 speed. settings is at the bottom right of the video screen.
