Hello Hannah!!! I don't realize what I live right now, but I have the sensation that I'm not here although I do what I have to do. It's bizarre but at the same time I feel good as during that session which I've done with facilities. I feel peace and softness and nothing could disturb it. I thank the Self to be and I bless that special day. Thank you to be with me and share your vibes so friendly and clearly! You are a wonderful person and I thank you for everything. Lots of love. Really liked the workout, thanks Hannah 🙏 😘 can you please give me a tip on how to contact a belly while the feet are straight up, maintaining back in a neutral position, contracting the belly without pumping it with breathing in and out?

Great training!! I love this exercise from the 13. minutes, with circles:) my butt is burning, I used again the weights on my legs:) now I need only to add pigeon pose😁 thank you Hannah, I love this challenge! ❤️
