Love the food, reminds me of a dish my missus makes which is vaguely Vietnamese. It's called Me Xao, using these noodles, meat of choice and some leafy greens cooked up in a similar fashion. Bloody tasty, and it's fast and easy to make. Also rate the privacy shade screens, they're cheap and effective, but they're not very water proof ps. you're bang on about TJ + Mac. Love their content

Great, relaxed episode thanks H. Everywhere in the north west seemed ridiculously crowded this year. People were racked and stacked in hundreds of vans and campers at all the free camps. Most people I spoke to complained about the crowds and lack of space. With the big number of travellers comes that proportion of XXXXs who don't respect the bush which will eventually see access to the good spots limited or denied. 2024 was a big year for overflowing bins and toilet paper in rest areas.

I know what you mean by avoiding crowds. We stopped in at Coral Bay on the first weekend of the School Holidays. It was a nightmare, caravans packed in like sardines in a can. Plus you had to pay for water.

Fantastic episode in two of my favourite places in Australia. The golden hour over the water up there is spectacular. Kereudran used to be smaller but nowhere near as busy, mainly because it was fairly unprotected and tended to be super windy during the best temperature for camping
