Pile Load Test: Pile Load Test or Static Pile Load Test is to be performed on the Test pile after 28 days of completion of concreting of a particular pile. This Hydraulic jack is fitted with and mounted on the pile on which the bearing plate will be get placed both at the top and bottom of the hydraulic jack. The Pile test load which will be 1.5 times the Pile Design Load will get impressed and get compressed upon the bearing plate which is mounted on a Hydraulic jack through Hydraulic Jack, The acting load will be transferred to the pile, how much the displacement/settlement will get visual with the device connected through pressure gauge with pile through the wire.
This test is to be carried to find out the load-bearing capacity of the pile. Pile load test shall be done on 2% of the Total Piles. Less settlement means the pile is safe, which allows going for regular pile work. If high range settlement means to design and specification of the pile should be changed and testing will be repeated again.
