The applicator (tube projector plastic) has lots of holes which leads to dispersion of at holes which is present in bottom end not but not at the top end as u can c at 02:07 and the tube body is also plastic type not aluminium like annovate cream. This is not helping for inner piles . Cream might be effective buy apply process is difficult. Some must tell this feedback to Himalaya .

remember, Do not apply pressure while u pooping. This is the main cause. Avoid junk food like chat, samosa, etc. Eat one pomegranate fruit. It cleas the intestine .

Hi sir I have facing issue when I am try to clear my stool...basically after took lunce got pressure...but that time it's really painful...but blood not released from stool..but feel like very pain ....I was visited doctor they said it's internal piles...this tube help full for my situation????please guide me.

Sir I have internal piles bleeding along with motions and no pain..I had check with general surgeon he gave some medicenes last 4 days back but it is not cured till now at time dr suggest me to do striches but I refused..is pilex cream really useful, if it is then in how many days it will get benfited...please sir I hav exam mains next month m getting demotivating for this...please give some suggestions

@@Radiantlane Use rubber latex for finger cots.. Better is to make a diet plan for it, eat more fibre rich food -veggies, fruits ( Banana, Apple etc ) Chia seeds or cumin seeds water ( soak in water 5 - 6 hours drink daily before bed and morning) and avoid chicken, spicy food, dry fruits, bitter gourd, fast food, alcohol, tea n coffee and oily food. Don't sit or stand for a long period of time and avoid strenuous exercise.
