now do no technique no skills negative stat only build (try a negative defense build, negative agility, negative anything, but an easy way to do no regen is to do blood chalice but never use it also no volume no sprint with a full server of bots (or fans) trying to lag the game as much as possible, and use vanities that would severely block your vision, actually add golden helment aswell so if you're gonna attempt this uhhh good luck
