Hi Bucketsdiary, please make sure po na ung moisture from the pili nuts is completely removed after cleaning them with clean water. Also, pakatapos pong maluto, let the final product cool completely at room temperature before storing it. Makatutulong po ito para ma extend ang shelf life at maiwasan ang moisture buildup.
