when I visualize I have this technique of fast forwarding time, lets say, if something in order to be accomplished needs time and effort( according to my beliefs) then I fast forward time until everything is done, its like everything passes in front of my mind eyes very quick, and when I get what I want I bring with me that Energy of rhythm or concioussnes to the Now

When I tried Dr. Pillai's 'Electron' technique, AMAZINGLY!, I kept seeing the electron/s spinning in super fast orbits. And, each time, it spins so ast that light is created (an immensely bright eminence of light- like a quasar. I also eventually started to feel an inexplicable tingling emerging from within my body (deep) and flowing outward to my skin, fingers, hair, etc..then out to the air around me.
