Unable to reproduce it in R21. Pillow that I get is more similar to empty cloth. Should I use another objects as a collider to get correct shape?

This may have worked with R17, but I used it on R19 and R23 and the simulation twists the upper and lower part instead of moving straight into the seams. Sadly does not work on my end. Maybe something with my scene settings but I think I got default values

still looks like a fucked up mess of polygons in my program... it's not round at all, even though i did exactly the same. Also, I can't move the 'pillow' after that for some reason.
