What I really like about this show is its humanity. Everyone here is funny, but human. They aren’t really caricatures of biblical figures (as some shows may be inclined to do), but rather fuller people who have been thrusted into a dangerous world that only God can help them through (much like our own).
@yangznu65623 ай бұрын
To quote what Tryphena Wade (the amazing actress who plays Zipporah) said about this series of, "taking it from the monumental view and putting it in people's laps," sums up what good storytelling this series holds! Although it emphasizes the humanity of the show through comedy it doesn't take away or disrespect the original context. Amazing job, I look forward to rest of the series!

@@balkanarchist1914 The big question is if Korah finds out before the rebellion. Quite possibly he finds out but then doesn't tell anyone yet as he thinks about what to do (after all, he should be the one who decides, obviously) but the next day the ground eats him.

Now that I’m investigating, I’m not sure. My memory may have been colored from the Prince of Egypt. The Bible does say this: The Israelites journeyed from Rameses to Sukkoth. There were about six hundred thousand men on foot, besides women and children. Many other people went up with them, and also large droves of livestock, both flocks and herds. Exodus 12:37-38. It’s possible the many other people were some Egyptians
