Subotimal total test, low free test and low SHBG might mean high DHT and/or estradiol, since you might have increased conversion of free test to DHT or aromatization to estradiol. This company not checking for also DHT and estradiol generates some lacks. I would recommend you to check DHT and estradiol before worrying about your free test being low.
