Glider pilot was trying to land with too little airbrake. With small airbrake settings, gliders are quite sensitive in pitch and if you’re an inexperienced pilot , it can bite .

This glider pilot is obviously a begginer , he's pannicking , forgets to use the airbrakes and try to land by pushing the glider into the ground . Glider have tremendous ground effect , no airbrakes, no salvation .Maybe there is no damage to the glider but I can't say the same about the pilot's self esteem but he'll recover .
