Flight attendant here-- Crew members usually work more than the average person between getting preflight, boarding and deplaning. Some are working 14 hr days and only being paid for about half of that if not less

Honestly it's the perfect job especially when you love what you do! In terms of the average salary of pilots in the USA being $134,630 per year and INR 1,182,637 per year, If you flew international routes you would make so much more money

Where do u get those numbers from? I see average of $87,000/yr and I'm not even sure that's for new hires, or $42 per hour. Still good in my book. Maybe you mean experienced pilots?

Embry-Riddle is a little expensive in my opinion. Usually after everything you'll spend about $200k+. There are some cheaper flight schools out there

So you get 75 hrs no matter what? Then if you pick up on your off day, you get more than 75 hrs? So if you picked up an extra two four hour flights you’d make 83hrs of pay? And would those extra 8 hrs be 125% pay?
@mariofan4027 ай бұрын
No. Normally as reserve you don't pick up flights to make extra money. You have to actually fly 75 hours and then fly however many more hours after the initial 75 to get 125 percent
