Great info! I’ve lost 30 pounds recently. I’d love to take off another 10-15lbs yet. I think these tips might do the trick. Glad I’ve found your channel! I’ve followed Jess’ channel off and on for about a year now. I could definitely see myself becoming an airline employee someday. One of my brothers is a mechanic for the company y’all work for. Have a blessed week!!

Fernando, I work at Harbor Frieght and I have to tell you that like you I work crazy hrs in the of 4 in the morning, 5,6, etc... sometime I work mid shifts of 11 (12) around noon till closing, and I close. The circadian rhythm I have is pretty wild.😂😂😂😂

Wow thank you so much man for the info. Never thought i'd find anyone as obsessed about health as i am who's also a pilot. Im considering becoming a pilot one day but sleep and circadian rhythm put me off as a big drawback. How is your general mood anyway and your relationship with sleep? Like do you feel like a zombie regularly or not as often? Just a concern of mine.
