Boeing 737 Cockpit View - Landing On Limits In Paris Beauvais

Cockpit View video of a First Officer flying an early morning CAT I Approach to a Landing in Paris Beauvais.
The ATIS was giving cloud base at 500ft, with the decision height of 200ft above the ground. However, the ATIS was not exactly correct..

The ATIS was indeed not exactly correct... 10 km visibility... Or I am wrong?

I thought CAT1 ILS had a DH of at least 200ft?

That's correct. In this approach, 200ft is DH
