If you have to apply that much force you’re doing it wrong! This could’ve been popped and emptied in a few minutes if only they’d made the incision large enough for the contents to come out!! This must’ve been agony having someone squeezing the same spot for such a long time.

Clearly the person running this operation had no clue what they were doing.. “… it might be wrapped around something” 🤦🏼‍♀️ 1. Y’all needed some gloves 2. The hole needed to be bigger and deeper so all that material could actually get out. 3. Use the needle, blade or something like a curette to mix that stuff up so it’s easier to get out. Q-tips would’ve been a good tool to use aside from ungloved hands especially if that hole was even a little bigger. Even a warm compress could’ve helped. No one should’ve had to squeeze that hard for so long with little bits of toilet paper. Poor guy, I felt so bad he had to sit there and go through that 😣

You need to make hole bit deeper and bigger, if you have to press that hard, pressure builds up trying to get it out of there, which can hurt more. I find back skin much tougher

Its a cyst,it has a sac,you have to make a bigger ,deeper incision to pierce the sac wall so that the contents can come out.that poor guy,laying there while you buggering around.

Get gloves on. Put hot compresses on for a day. All day keep them hot. Then use a large size needle even one for a sewing machine will do. Sterilize it make a decent hole and it will come out easy and fast

JUST MAKE THE HOLE BIGGER, please!! Why do some technicians, play with cysts like this. They'll waste 10-15 minutes trying to squeeze cyst contents through a tiny hole. Then when they've finally decided to make the hole bigger, they waste more time instead of just making the hole bigger in one cut it'll take a couple more tries. All that extra squeezing causes the skin to thicken.
