Pimples are caused when ur kapha increases.. avoid food that increases kapha dosha in body. And yes people with pimples shpuld avoid dairy as it increases kapha and have a lil spicy food as it helps eleminating built up. Right food is cure.. and laser will only damage ur pimples and skin completely.. Dont fall for laser ever..
