Why did you not mount the BT adapter on the inside of the unit? Pretty great mods for that old PA system, turned out great.

It's funny how these were so different inside. I've been going through what I need to add Bluetooth and have come across your videos. My tape deck doesn't work. It's only due to belts, but I'm not fussed with replacing them as I wont be using it. That in mind, I'm looking at connecting the bluetooth module to the tape deck audio inputs on the pcb so i can use the tape deck volume control. I still use microphones with it so it would be helpfull to control the inputs separately.

Heres some mod ideas. • add a standard 3 prong removable power cord and socket • mod or upgrade the tape deck • add a removable front grill • add a nice wood veneer • add a USB charging port and cellphone holder • simply the wiring And love the video series.

My Coomber CD player conveniently has +12v audio, ground left and right all on a connector to the CD player module, the Chinese modules connect easily.

If you’re doing this use a qcc3031 Bluetooth module with the D.C. isolator yo negate interference on ground.
