Correct me if I'm wrong but Isn't she the only trainer that has a Gengar in Gen 1? I think the most you see outside is a Haunter so Gengar is like her surprise pokemon

Used to think it was pretty cool to specialist trainers to have different pokemon who matched their "style". Golbat and arbok were dark (not type, but style) pokemon, it was cool. Besides, there werent other ghost types back then.

Interesting thought about the Gastly evolutionary line getting a new addition. Always though the Dratini line could've used another one because honestly the jump from Dragonair to Dragonite still doesn't sit right with me even after all this time. Just my opinion. Don't get me wrong, still love that bulky yellow dragon.

The oponents theme team was that he had capatalized a part of his pokemons name and for the capatalized part of the name had to be apart of the moves he was using on that pkmn. If that makes any sense 😂 Edit: nvm i think he already realized it 💔

Physical Special Attack Swap Team: No pokemon in specific need to be used but the idea is to use only special attacks with physical attackers and vice versa my personal favorite is technician scizor with silver wind, vacuum wave, and flash cannon. Also, pokemon who usually can use either attacking stats aren't allowed (i.e. greninja who may have more special attack but uses both types of attacks in competitive)
