I adore little houses. Please continue down this rabbit hole - so interesting and FUN! Fifty years ago I did scene of hills and six little houses in crewel - framed it and it still hangs over the fireplace in my parlor. Some hobbies never fade.

Wow.. I really enjoyed this video. It was very enjoyable and somehow soothing to watch. Then I watched more of your videos and found them just as enjoyable and peaceful. I'm sorry I did not comment sooner... life, ya know? I had not seen your channel before but somehow the algorithm worked in my favor that day because this was in my feed very, very early in the morning and the video was not even hours old. This was beautiful to the eyes and ears before the busy day ahead started. I will start making this today but it won't be done until the sead beed order arrives. Oh dear, I'm afraid a new obsession may be in its early stages, lol. 35,000 beads will be here soon and I see many houses in my future. I think it would be fabulous if you did a house of the month like another commenter said. I can just see themes related to seasons and holidays. So fun!! Oh... and I did do the Google search for the pattern. Found lots and lots but it took me some time to find the one you used. So many were great but not what I wanted... things like scalloped edges and templates that did not require sewing individual pieces. I didn't want those because I was looking for a slow stitching project just like this! Eventually, I found this image ( i.pinimg.com/564x/79/52/4b/79524b3d8f05fa629cf36368bfe8e7d3.jpg ) and printed it at 200% to get it to what looks about the size you used here. Anyhow, hope the link helps anyone like me who was searching hard for a template very like the ones you used. Thanks for this!! Please keep sharing your craft. I love your videos!

oooohhh....plastic beads for weight.... great idea. A friend of mine encases aquarium gravel in a pouch and inserts that at the bottom of her stuffed creations that require strong stability.

That is so cute. And it looks easy enough that i might be able to make one. You could make a whole village... (ie. Fabric store, butcher, candy shoppe, veterinarian, etc.) The possibilities are endless. Cant wait to see more!! Great video!! Hugs ❤

I thoroughly enjoyed watching and listening. It brought back the days when I was learning to sew by hand. I made doll clothes. It was required before I could use a machine. I had a very tiny sewing machine. Don’t I wish I still had that! But I also did embroidery - and still have pieces I could embroider - it’s been years! I have an “inherited” basket of embroidery thread. Ya think I should do something with it? I have two very old and wearing out pillow cases my maternal grandmother embroidered. I’ve not used them in many years, trying to preserve them but they are deteriorating. See what watching and listening stirred in me? Wow. I remember how relaxing it was to sew by hand … minus knots and pin or needle pricks! Thanks. I’m glad I stumbled across this video. I’m pondering doing this. ❤
