I think the pin diagram you are showing at start of the video is wrong. It should be A16-A19 not AD16-AD19 because data bus is of 16-bit(0-15). Also pin no 40 (Vcc) should be connect outwards not inwards. Correct me if i am wrong

google is giving this exlanation for TEST ' If the TEST pin is Low, execution continues otherwise the processor waits in an "idle" state.' Is this same as you explained in video or different??
