Hindi po kami pa-victim at hindi din kami nagyayabang.. ilang beses namin sinabi sa interview na bago kami nagflagpole nagconsult kami sa immigration lawyer at licensed immigration consultant na we can do flagpoling dahil complete naman ang documents namin and still valid pa din ang aming permit.. hindi po namin alam bakit hindi ito pinakita ng omni news..ang pinaka main reason po namin kaya kami nagpainterview ay para ishare namin ang aming karanasan sa isang racist,sexist,at abusive officer. Grabe po ang ang panghahamak na ginawa sa Pilipinas at sa mga Pilipino. At bukod doon sa sobrang baba ng tingin ng officer na ito sa mga Pilipino ay nilagay nya sa rejection letter na wala kami pera kahit ni isang beses ay hindi sya nanghingi ng bank account..dahil sa abusadong officer na ito, lumapit kami sa isang magaling na abugado at binigyan kami ng confidence na lumaban dahil wala kami viniolate. At para sa kaalaman ng lahat, binawi na po ng officer na ito ang pagpapauwi sa amin as early as March 20 dahil iaakyat sa mas mataas sa kanya at alam nya maiimbestigahan sya at lahat ng mga kasamaan na sinabi nya kung kaya binawi na nya ang order for us to go home..ang pinakamain reason po namin ng pagpapainterview ay upang ipaalam sa lahat lalo na sa mga kababayan na mas maging handa sa mga racist at abusadong officer dahil they exist. At kung alam nyo wala kayo ginagawa masama, lumaban at wag basta umuuwi lalo na at nagtatrabaho tayo ng maayos,wala krimeng ginawa at nagbabayad ng tamang buwis dito sa Canada. Lahat ito ay naipaliwanag sa reporter ng Omni News na si Theresa Redula at hindi namin maintindihan kung bakit hindi isinali itong mga importanteng information na ito sa video kung kaya na-frame kami as mayabang, hindi nagresearch,tanga,pa victim, etc.. nun unang araw after marelease nila itong aming istorya ay nagrequest kami na i-take down ang video tutal incomplete naman ang information which makes it as a FAKE NEWS. Ang tanging ginawa lamang nila ay i-off ang comments..at sinabi pa na magreach out na lang kami sa boss nya na si Marieton Pacheco..Totoo pala ang sinasabi na fake news at nabiktima kami nito, sa halip na maiexpose ang lahat ng sinabi ng officer na grabeng kasamaan at mabigyan ng paghahanda ang mga tao sa ganitong klase ng tao ay ibang direction ang pinili nilang tahakin sa video na ito...nakakalungkot na marami sa atin ang talagang nagcomment agad ng masasama gayong hindi alam ang tunay na nangyari..meron pa din mga ilan na nagsend ng personal na message upang ipahatid ang kanilang kalungkutan at alamin ang tunay na nangyari bago magjudge. Salamat at may natitira pa ding ganong klase ng tao sa mga kababayan natin. Pero sadly bago i-off ng omni news ang comment section, majority ay kasamaan at wrong judgment ang ibinigay ng mga kababayang Pilipino.

@@DREYsCanadaVlog to be honest there is nothing you can do. Sa topic or story na ito some facts are not adding up. 1. Why would an Immigration Lawyer or Immigration Consultant advise you na mag flagpole when they know that there are risk involved. 2. CBSA Officer is not wrong either when he/she mentioned na there is a crisis sa Canada where Canadians cannot find work and TRV holders are finding loopholes to circumnavigate the Immigration process (ie: flagpoling). 3. They took the risk and got caught plain and simple kaya wag na natin isugarcoat ang story and stop looking for sympathy sa Filipino community.

@@michaelcervantes5120 They were licensed and sinabi nila na maaari namin i-try dahil complete ang documents namin..Where did we get caught po? Alam nyo po ba ang mga sinabi ng officer? Sana po hindi makaranas ang kahit sinuman na kakilala o kamag-anak nyo ng ganong klaseng treatment.. kung mali po kami talaga at tama ang officer, bakit po binawi ng officer ng order nya to for us to go home?kung tama po sya, never gagawin ng isang immigration officer na baligtarin nya ang sinabi nya.. nandito pa po kami sa Canada, nagtatrabahopa din at nagaaral ang nga anak ng legal..hindi po kami nanghihingi ng sympathy. Gusto lang po namin yun kumpleto at katotohanan ang ibalita.. God bless you po.

The canadian government allowed flagpoling and to legally process documents in the border, If this is illegal the government should have banned this for tourist visa holders, but they didn’t. Do not blame the immigrants for using this system legally. It’s kinda sad for filipinos who already became canadian citizens they kind of looking down to other filipinos who want to work and earn citizenship LIKE THEY DID back then. Keep your feet off the ground, Remember where you came from and how you are just as desperate as these newcomers back then :)

Maraming kabayan na kahit many years sa US, at marami kang help na naibigay, Kong ang status mo ay mataas sa kanila, mag spread ng malicious stories about you na napaka ugly, kaya, nobody na lang, mas mabuti pa mga itim at puti Kong mga “friends “ at work, at least I know where I stand with them. Ang supposedly best friend ko na Pinay? Para akong gi isa sa Manila. Shocked ako ng may naawa sa akin at pinagsabihan ako sa mga bad news. Kaya pala I was not called anymore for work. i think masyado na kc marami ang nag flapooling at it's taking a lot of CBSA time. CBSA is not IRCC. kaya if tumataas ang cases na ginawang IRCC ang borders concerning na talaga yan sa CBSA. kung may option sila to deny then rights ng CBSA un. dapat linawin ng immigration consultant ang risk involve kahit na complete papers na (LMIA, contract)

Mag expire na yung working permit the next day as per OMNI kaya sila nag flag pole? Processing work permit can take up to 90 days sana inasikaao nila eto kung alam nila na wala sila balak bumalik ng Pilipinas. Totoo naman na hindi trabaho ng CBSA ang immigration matters. Kung nanonod kayo ng Boarder Security, yang mga officers are trained to have a stern face, not to be friendly at all and they will ask questions that will make a person uncomfortable. That's how they are trained. Madalas, pag yung result ay not in favor sa atin, we are quick to judge it's racist, discrimination etc.. May tamang proseso sa lahat ng bagay.

Ay true, approach nila is not for you to feel settled. Papasok ka ulit sa border therefore subjected ka sa protocol ng sinuman papasok ng Canada. If they find you inadmissible then pwede ka tlaga ipadeport. Sabihin mo na racist , rude kung ano ano pa jan towards the end of the day si Canada ang may legal rights kung sino sino ang papasukin nya sa bakuran nya.

nakakalungkot pero base sa intindi ko ung urgency at pagging desperate eh yan ung naging red flag para mapa-uwi sila. probably kung mas napaaga at na-apply sa tamang channel which is IRCC eh baka iba ang nangyari. well charge to experience and hopefully makabalik sila dito.

Yung deadline ng existing work permit should be taken into consideration. Sila ate at kuya kase, nag-flagpole for the new working permit when the existing one will expire a day after. 🙄 Wag ganun at wag din pa-victim pag na-interview ng media.

Out of this topic po sir drey but asking lang po if pwede mag submit ng webform kahit I lodged using new ircc portal. My case po kasi is that sa study application ko, nagrrequest ng medical si ircc pero nagpa upfront medical na ako last Feb. Nabasa ko po kasi sa isang group na need lang iprovide yung e-medical sheet as proof na tapos na yung medical ko. Kaso di ko po sure kung san mag upload or san issend since walang option sa new ircc portal. Hope you can help me po! God bless and many thanks.
