PINAPUTOK NA TILAPIA WITH SPINACH | LUTONG KAPAMPANGAN

Mapagpalang aldo po ke kayu!
Since today marks the beginning of holy week, I will show you a recipe that you and your family can enjoy during this sacred time. For today, I prepared a Special Pinaputok na Tilapia with Spinach for my family. I used various vegetables from my garden such as tomatoes and spinach mainly. As you can see, it is very simple to prepare and you only need to clean the fish and stuff its inside with the cut vegetables. Then, wrap it in a banana leaf and fry it in a cooking oil afterward. After preparing our meal, I also cooked some foods for Popoy and Teddy Pen to eat. I really enjoyed eating this recipe so please don't forget to try this at your kitchen.
