As a Dentist, I also recommend to my patients to also brush and scrape your tongue once a day particularly before going to bed after brushing, because there are remnants of food that are stocked in the tongue and sometimes even after brushing you can still taste the last food that you have eaten. Ms Tonette gumagawa ka ba ng burong mangga? Suggestion cut the green mangoes into pieces. Add soy sauce and sugar only and pour sa mangoes. Dont put water para po malutong ang buro. Try it its yummy with anything fried or grilled.
