Thank you for sharing this story, I was so moved to hear about the history of Gaudi Street as I visited it 2 years ago and I didn't know about its significance only that my dad grew up there when he was younger. Talk about a match my grandmother's last name is Poon and my grandfather's last name is Hui. They had 6 boys and the whole family eventually moved to HK and then Canada. I am so proud to hear about the Hui Land terminology used and the nobleness at one time but sadden all is now just history, moreover I am happy to be able to carry on the Hui legacy and future generation to come on a foreign land.
oh my god, there is so much childhood memories attached to it. thank you for bringing us to this trip along.

这个饮食节目非常好,我每集都睇, 但美中不足的就是主持人 唔識正確揸筷子😂😂😂

First off. The old man with jade bring me back to the old gz style. Those root beer and sprite flavor asia soda is the all it was available around the early 80s. This is a spot I need to visit.
