Could you use fish for this pinchos morunos skewer dish? I'm a big meat eater, but in the case of my non meat eating friends, I ask.

Make these using the pork and make something else for the non meat eaters would be my recommendation.

I love recipes using pork tenderloin. It is relatively inexpensive and cooks quickly. Using the mortar and pestle for the spices and adding oil is a technique I can use in other dishes. Looking forward to making this dish!
