看了阿嬤自製各類粉的影片後，因為食安問題我也心動試著自己磨糯米、在來米、洗麵糰取澄粉來自己曬粉，但不知為何泡米磨漿的時候都很香，曬的第一天味道也還很原味很香，但再過一晚那味道聞著讓人不喜像餿水味怪怪的（蒸少許量試來吃沒酸敗但有那怪味），而且每種粉出現的怪味道竟都相同耶，我搞不懂是哪有問題😅 現在又看到阿嬤將花粉加糖水曬乾，我又想到那怪味，不知道阿嬤的會不會有怪味😅
