I'm going to substitute Asian Pears for this recipe. It's the only fresh fruit I have growing right now. On a side note, the pear tree is 106 years old, planted by my great grandmother.

What a nice recipe to make 🍍 jam. I personally enjoy eating the woody core, it's crunchy, adds a little texture to your bite, and it tastes sweeter (although not as juicy as the petals)
