@@kj22697 agreed! After messing around with it a bit I think it’s in standard! I don’t believe he even uses a capo. Ultimate guitar has a version of that song with 201 favorites that sounds perfect. Chords are as follows - Bb F C Gm A long December and there's reason to believe Bb F Bb Maybe this year will be better than the last Gm Bb F C I can't remember the last thing that you said Gm as you were leavin' F Bb Now the days go by so fast

I’m pretty sure it’s in G with standard tuning and no capo: chords are G, G/B, C/G, Am, Cadd9, and D. The main progression goes G, Cadd9, (sometimes G/B for the little C-B-A descending bass line on the A string) Am, Cadd9. The other parts are different orderings of the above chords; the magic in this cover, beyond the lyrical delivery, lies in his strumming variety, use of dynamics, and melodic picking of the chords-hope that helped!
