You don't know how much I needed this audio right now because I have been having trouble sleeping because of my anxiety and it's gotten so bad that I have been having really scary nightmares every night for the past few months and it's caused my fear of the dark to get worse and right now I'm in my room with the door locked and I'm all alone in the dark and I'm scared to go to sleep and I don't like thunderstorms so this audio will help me alot right now because I'm really scared because of how dark it is in my room right now ( I have been afraid of the dark for years ever since I was little, I'm 20) so if you have any comfort or encouragement I would appreciate it alot right now

It sucks I can't really listen to these anymore. Everytime I try to it just gets me thinking on my current situation, and the fact that something like this would never happen. This gives attention I don't actually have and I can't comfortably listen because of it, cause I know I'll feel worse when the video's done.
