Pink Bean was introduced to GMS in patch 0.71. We are now on 0.72. However, I do agree that it would be unheard of for a level 130 to defeat such a monster unless such a player were accompanied by multiple higher leveled individuals, and even then it would prove to be difficult.

Not sure if you're still around but Pink Bean was level 160+ only content. The final quest needed to get to him(or she or they) was level 160. Considering how little of the game's population was that level back then due to the heavy grind and the lack of potential items, it's no surprise that it took more than a year for GMS or KMS to defeat it.

when the puppet strings are on then YOU CANT MOVE OR USE POTS AT ALL.. you will just jump to the far left corner for like 15 seconds.. still seems like the last few ppl that survived after the statue survived because they had auto heal on pet.. this boss is just as hard as the rainbow snail they summon in events

The new skill, Awakening, or for pirates, Pirate's rage, is the only skill in the game that gets rid of this "zombification". That's why they made the skill, or so I've heard.

Again just going to point this out for alot of people, level 200 doesn't mean "Oh my gosh super powered character" all level 200 means is that the person can't level anymore and has heros echo. What matters is the characters stats and equipment along with the person controlling the characters skills. You can have an onyx apple but that means nothing if you're dead just like how the ranged characters died in this video, unless you're suggesting we do an all melee run.

Surely a good tactic at Pink Bean, would be to rush it that way >>, and then gen some bishops to use holy shield because to my under standing that blocks out all abnormal statue effects, while having a shadower using smoke screen? maybe mixing up some timeleap in there, and having like say 3 CONSTANT min's of smoke screen+holyshield with time leap, surely that would be some sort of a tacti, i know this is a bit simple, but a idea to work with maybe?

@supersmashgopher You need to reset at at least 8k hp with hb and even with that you have to duck from the gens. Basically if you don't hp wash you can't go.

Pretty sure the timer was like 12 hours or around that but either way they still killed it. It doesn't matter how much time they were given, their version has an increased time and you can't expect them to not count their kill because of the fact all the other versions decided to give an extremely short amount of time to kill it.

@supersmashgopher 1 drk as an hb mule, 1 bucc for si, 3 nls and a mm. that's what a main attacker group consists of. Sairs are not generally accepted because of the frequency of their boat breaking and their lack of buffs.

No, actually, one is to use a Wheel Barrow of Destiny to spawn in the same map. The other is to spawn to the nearest town.

I would probably just spam combo smash then- because (Please correct me if I'm wrong, my Aran is currently lv61) Combo Peril doesn't look like it's more than 4 times stronger than Combo Smash, which it needs to be to justify the number of combo points required. Combo Tempest needs to be 7 times stronger than combo smash to be worth using, becuase it costs 7 times as many combo points. (You'd also think that they'd give you tools to more easily reach those combo tiers...)

You don't get to revive freely. They were using Wheels of Destiny, a cash item, to revive. That dialog box that pops up when the player died, it says (in korean) "You can revive on the same map using the Wheel of Destiny." The two buttons say yes and no. if you click no, it's like you died anywhere else normally. If you click yes, you spawn on the same map. the item costs 500 NX in GMS.

@supersmashgopher actually having a bishop is very helpful, healing and reviving are two very helpful skills when ur in a boss raid.

boss runs are all about drk, bm , nl and bishop and maybe hero.

Status Affliction. All Heals (Caused by Bishop/Priest) are reversed, dealing damage to allies (Party Members). In addition, all pot effects (HP/MP) are reduced by 50% In example, Power Elixir will only heal 50% instead of 100%, Ice Cream Pops will heal 1000 HP instead of 2000 HP. Hermit's Alchemy nullifies this effect. But it basically disables Alchemy for the duration of the debuff. Hero's Will does not remove this debuff, you have to endure it for the time being.

Ressurection has a 30 minute cooldown at the mastered level. But the guy taking the video came back multiple times during the fight. Was he using wheels of destiny? I thought you couldn't use them in PQs?

Most of them died at 1:27 because Pink Bean has an attack that strikes at a 70% chance which forces your hp down to 0.

that actually isn't a timeless weapon, its a reverse weapon, they look alike but the timeless has 2 extra level up slots (yes they gain exp) and has higher initial attack power.

Also, without the corsairs and bow master and night lords (wiped out in Pink Been's released version,) the damage delt to PB is halved. Mainly because bow masters, corsairs, and night lords all are quick and power, but with pink been they are essential.
