48 years on Earth and hundreds of shows, this is still the greatest concert I have ever seen. I remember it as if it were yesterday, despite tripping my face off on blotter acid and purple microdots at the time. I love that it's been captured here forever, but this video in no way reflects how crazy the crowd went when they opened with Astronomy Domine. It was During One Of These Days that the entire stadium just completely lost thier minds. Everything after the intermission can be descibed as nothing less than a religious experience. RIP Veteran's Stadium, and long live Pink Floyd.

You have to make sure the stems have some Dark blue/purple bruising on them. Doesn’t take much to bruise a silly siben. Just picking it will leave the bruises. If it bruises blue it’s true. Easier to tell when they’re fresh, but you can still tell when they’ve dried. Probably the same jack off that got a few of my friends. They didn’t wanna listen though. I came prepared. I got what I needed a month before the show and held on to it. No way I gonna not see that show the way it was meant to be seen.
@Cr166049 ай бұрын
I’ve never seen another concert since this that’s had a sound system like this did. It like they could sweep it 360° around the stadium. Before the concert started I remember them playing random sound effects. The airplane one sounded like a plane circling inside the stadium. The Roger Waters Wall tour kind of had it. It wasn’t as spacious as this was though.

I don’t understand why so many people get spastic about the C Numb solo on this tour. It’s not bad, but have the heard the momentary lapse of reason C Numb solo? Cuz, IMO that is the best recorded version of that solo I’ve ever heard. His guitar tone was better, more raw and Searing. His body language and facial expressions even show he’s more emotionally connected to his guitar that the pulse shows. Maybe it’s just me, but he just seems to be going through the motions here. The whole Band does actually. They seem to be way more into the DSOT shows. Maybe it was because it was the 80’s and they were trying to still seem with the times with all the hair metal bands of the time. Maybe it was the Coke. I dunno, but something was different. I’m not downing the 94 tour at all. It was amazing, and I saw it several times. I just wish I could have seen the DSOT tour live and experience Gilmour’s guitar tone during that time in person. I definitely rocked more than the PULSE tone. I think he overused the rotary speakers during PULSE. Even the synth sounds were different. They were using Korg, Roland, and Yamaha synths on the DSOT tour. They switched to all Kurzweil on the PULSE tour. It was a noticeable change. At least to me. The Shine On sound was drastically different.
